Do you charge sales tax or VAT?
We do not charge any sales tax on any order.  For EU countries, there is no VAT charged and no import duties will be incurred.


Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes? 
We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes. Orders to PO Boxes will be sent through the post office.


Has my order shipped?
Click the Order Status link at the top of our site to check your orders status.  If the order status is labeled as "Processed" or "Completed", then it has already been shipped.


How long does it take to receive an order?
Most orders by standard delivery will deliver within 5 to 12 days after the order has been placed. Express delivery will deliver within 2 to 4 business days. Priority delivery is within 4 to 8 standard days.

How do I track my order?  
Click the Order Status link at the top of our site to check your orders status.  After typing in your email and order number, you will see your order information.  Click the shipments tab to view your tracking number and click the Track button, or copy and paste your tracking number and track it on the specified carrier’s website.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally, to anywhere in the world.  International Orders are shipped via International Registered Airmail.  Orders take 5 to 14 days to arrive to most destinations, excluding any customs clearance time.
